After some testing, etc....it became fairly obvious, I may be wrong, that when a staff member clicks on a calling client's IP, it's suppose to open the chant window in the NEWSM movie clip.
At the moment, it opens a quite large new window.
I was trying to fix this issue in Flash, but it became obvious, that the chat window url was not so obvious in the fla
If you tell me the initial URL it opens, when the IP is clicked, I can fix this for you.

I found it perfect to just make the following "hack"...
Open the as2.php file In the BODY tag, add onLoad="resizeTo(540,405);" so it would look like this: <BODY bgcolor="#FFFFFF" onLoad="resizeTo(540,405);">
Oops, forgot to say what it did ... that just auto-resizes the admin chat window to 540x405...

How can you make the pop-up window in tha admin to pop-up without scrollbars, menubar, resizable, etc...? I guess this is what anmmark was asking, applying the "resizeTo" in the same page cannot work, this must be done from a parent page or where the link comes from.
I see you made it in the user interface, how can this be done in admin interface?
