Responding again but not emptying their queues...unless all e-mail from the past five hours has been lost, in which case I'm even angrier than I was before. Still not a word from Dayana.
Everything was down tonight, for what I estimate to be close to an hour. No announcement from Dayana explaining what happened. Has anyone heard anything?
I have 2 separate hosting packages at Dayana. Last week my email server at package 1 was very very slow getting mail from the incoming pop server - outgoing worked fine.
At one point the sever was sending me 5-10 copies of each email in my inbox. I spent 10 hours on 1 send/receive request.
However, using webmail to look at my inbox, showed no duplicates at all?
That cleared up after several days and works fine now, but my other hosting package is getting timeouts from the incoming server.
