I will say thank you for all of us.. Well done Farhad! You alone cannot do everything. Our request is that we be kept informed. We just want some feedback from you or your crew. Why can't someone ever answer the PHP online? DayanaHost probably doesn't get concerned when several resellers get angry and leave. Conversely, if I lose several customers due to system outage, it means much more.

Bottom line, your people make you look bad Farhad.

Thanks again for your personal effort during the outage.

I to would like to thank you for YOUR efforts and I understand computer problems and some of them are out of your control. Backup plans and planning are essential to any Server and Network Services. Communication is a key issue during these times and everyone will be more understanding with such issues.

What now ! It's July 8 at 15:18. Service has been up and down for the last 3 hours. There is no posting on the forum and, as usual, no one answers Customer Live Support.

Please talk to us and advise the problem and expected restoral time.

We have had no scheduled nor unexpected problem on this server at least in last 24 hours. Must be something at your end.

DayanaHost investigated our claim and attribute the outage we experienced earlier to possible hacking into the multiple links between our Florida location and Vancouver. We were hasty in pointing a finger at our host and apologize.

All of our incoming e-mail servers have been down all morning. Sites are still up, and outgoing doesn't seem to be affected. Is anyone else having this problem?

Scratch that. Outgoing is down now too. It's now about 9:10 AM and this has been going on since around 6:30 this morning. No word at all from the folks at Dayana.

Will someone at Dayana please tell us why all the e-mail accounts on our reseller account are down?

We've posted twice to this message board, I've left messages and I tried the live chat. I know the latter two are hopeless but I thought I'd give it a shot anyway.

When you are down our clients are down and they are starting to get restless. Which means we will have to find a new host.

What is going on?
