whenever any sort of outage occurs there is never any one that I can get ahold of... phone number just goes to voice mail and email support is a disgrace.

the php live support is ALWAYS offline... so it's useless

I find this to be true as well. I've NEVER been able to reach a live person over the phone or in any other way, shape or form. Tonight our website went down for at least ONE HOUR and i couldn't not reach anyone, even had to recur to sending a trouble ticket as a visitor since I couldn't log into the server at all.

I wonder sometimes whether this is a real company at all.
